As part of an integrated design process Tribe work closely with the project’s design and pre-con team to select the best furniture options.
In order to achieve the best results, we immerse ourselves in the client’s team on this fun and exciting journey. This means we understand exactly how to create the best possible place to work.
Our team will assist in creating a concise and robust brief. Each and every one of our client’s needs will be covered, including the possibility of re-using existing furniture.
Following the initial brief, we put together a cost effective and accurate budget proposal to deliver the project.
Once the budget is confirmed, we take the client to visit carefully selected furniture showrooms. This is where we begin to create ideas and hone in on furniture choices for various areas of the project.
We integrate our showroom findings and collaborate with the client and design team to select the most suitable furniture. These products are chosen based on the brief as well as design, function, technology and lead-time.
Bringing together the design team and the client, we place the order; during this stage we finalise the intricate details of each product.
A final detailed quote is issued to the client’s team, supported by image documents, to ensure the order can be signed off. Our specialist team will also include delivery and installation costs, based on the project’s installation requirements. At this stage the client can make any last-minute adjustments.
At this point, we will place furniture orders with all the selected manufacturers; this is when the lead-time of product delivery commences. Lead-times of products range from 2-12 weeks, possibly longer when including holidays.
From point of order, our project management team will keep in contact with the client and fit-out delivery team. As such, we make sure that we are on track to meet the agreed timeframes and are on hand to adjust to any possible changes that occur during this critical time.
Our project management team will be present to walk through the project, highlighting any possible issues that the client might have after installation. We will then ensure that any points raised will be dealt with as a matter of priority.
Within one week of project completion, we will introduce our aftercare program, this gives the client a clear point of contact moving forward. Whether this is for ordering additional products or product maintenance.
